“Junoon-e-Rukhe Wafa” is an Inter Services Public Relations Directorate’s Publication. It is a compilation of stories in Urdu about our heroes who sacrificed their lives for the motherland and upheld the green flag to its stature. The book infuses patriotic spirit and all times readiness of officers and soldiers of Armed Forces and law enforcing agencies to stand rock solid against the evil designs of enemies. It’s a reverence that the sacrifices of these brave sons (Ghazis and Shuhada); from guarding geographical boundaries to the fight against terrorism, are matchless and unforgettable. Commencing from Op Sherdil to Rah-e-Rast, Rah-e-Nijat, Zarb-e-Azb and now Radd-ul-Fassad; the Armed Forces have guarded each inch with their blood. Most of the stories included in the book are contributed by the next of kin or near relatives of the Shuhada. Hence, the courage, emotions and sentiments of these families are worth mentioning, which actually contribute towards uplifting national spirit and specially a booster for the youth.
