TILAWAT AND NAMAZ -- A GUIDING FORCE

January 2025

Maryam was a bright and cheerful eight-year-old girl who loved spending time with her grandparents. Every morning, she would eagerly accompany them on their daily walk around the neighborhood. Hand in hand with her grandparents, Maryam felt the warmth of their love and the gentle morning sun on her face.
As they strolled, her grandparents would recite Verses from the Quran and teach her about its meanings. Maryam’s curiosity and eagerness to learn made her grandparents proud. They explained how Quran’s teachings would guide her through life’s challenges and bring her closer to Allah. These morning walks not only strengthened Maryam’s bond with her grandparents but also instilled in her a love for nature and physical activity.
Maryam’s grandparents emphasized the importance of daily prayers (Namaz five times a day) and encouraged her to establish a consistent routine. They explained how Namaz would help her to stay focused, disciplined, and connected to Allah. As she offered daily prayers, she saw healthy improvement in her concentration and academic performance.
Her grandparents often reminded her that time is precious and should be utilized wisely. They taught her the value of prioritizing tasks, respecting schedules, and balancing leisure with responsibility. She learned that regular prayers five times a day set her routing in a smooth way. By performing Namaz five times a day, she developed self-discipline, self-awareness, and a strong connection with Allah.
As she grew up, her love for Quran, daily walks, and spending time with her grandparents continued to flourish. Her grandparents’ guidance and wisdom shaped her into a compassionate, diligent, and well-rounded individual. The daily recitation from the Quran brought her peace of heart and mind. Her grandparents taught her that Quran’s teachings would protect her from harm, guide her to righteousness, and grant her wisdom.
The combination of daily walks, recitation, and prayers transformed her into a well-rounded girl. She excelled academically, developed a strong moral compass, and nurtured a deep connection with her faith and family. Years later, she looked back on those precious mornings with her grandparents, grateful for the invaluable lessons and memories. She continued to cherish the Quran and Namaz as a guiding force in her life, inspiring her to become a wise, compassionate, and successful woman.
