Hot Garlic Sauce Beef

Ingredients 
Beef in fine paper cut         500 gm
Bell pepper                        1/2 cup
Chopped carrots               1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup                1 cup
Chopped garlic                 50 gm
Broth                                 1½ cup
Salt                                    to taste
Red chilli flakes                 2 tsp
Corn flour                          2 tbsp

Directions 
•    Fry garlic with red chilies in oil.
•    Pour in broth, ketchup, and salt.
•    Add beef and vegetables.
•    Add corn flour to thicken the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes on medium heat.
•    Enjoy with boiled rice or naan!

Vanilla                                   2 tbsps
Caramel Frosting
Butter                                    ½ cup
Brown sugar                         1 cup 
Whipping cream                   2/3 cup
Vanilla                                  2 tbsp
Salt                                      ½ tbsp
Powdered sugar                  1½ cup
