How to Get the Stench of Meat Off Your Hands and Nails

No amount of force or expensive soaps and moisturizes will get the stench of meat off your hands. While you could be conditioned to the smell after dealing with it for longer periods, a lot of it has to do with the fats within the meat. 
•    The best way to dissolve fat is to break it down with something acidic. Now, don’t get carried away! 
•    Use a natural source of acid, like lemon. Take a wedge of lemon and gently massage your nails with it. 
•    Another source would be synthetic white vinegar. A few drops of white vinegar rubbed onto the tips of your fingers will rid them off the stench. 
•    Many suggest a paste of baking soda, vinegar and lemon. It might be useful however, it would make your hands coarse in the longer run. 
•    Moisturize your hands repeatedly with a hand cream. It leaves your hands supple and keeps cracks and dryness at bay



Eid Unwind: Put Your Feet Up and Let Your Hair Down

•    Pamper yourself with a lengthy bath and Do-it-yourself (DIY) facial or body scrub. Use scented candles, bath bombs, and             calming music to create a spa-like ambiance at home.
•    Take a leisurely stroll in a nearby park or nature reserve all by yourself. Solitude relieves the symptoms of         sensory overload. 
•    Put on the music of your choice. Bust out a few moves to keep the dopamine surging. 
•    Add a few drops of lavender oil, sandalwood oil or chamomile oil to your diffuser and see your agitation diffuse into thin air.
