The administration of QIMS, along with its esteemed faculty of over 150 professionals, provides unrivaled medical education in its state-of-the-art campus. In Balochistan, QIMS is renowned for its exceptional medical facilities, academic environment, research opportunities, and teaching hospital. Its central library, equipped with an e-library component, auditorium, spacious modern halls, research facilities, well-equipped skill labs, transportation, playing grounds, and efficient administration, make it a unique college. In terms of academic excellence, QIMS focuses on modern teaching techniques, interactive sessions, computer-assisted learning, audio-visual aids, Q&A sessions, and student involvement in workshops and skill-based labs. In Balochistan, QIMS is renowned for its exceptional medical facilities, academic environment, research opportunities, and teaching hospital. 

QIMS takes pride in accommodating the wards of Shuhada and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) while dedicating 35 seats to subsidized categories for the low-income class of Balochistan, duly financed by the Government of Balochistan. The administration ensures transparent representation of all divisions of Balochistan in the college. While the majority of seats are reserved for Balochistan’s youth on open merit, a considerable number of vacancies are also allotted to the Rest of the Country (ROC), attracting students from diverse backgrounds and geographical regions. As the only private medical institute in Balochistan, it has graduated 749 students so far, including 646 graduates from Balochistan and 18 who have joined the Pakistan Army. Recent accomplishments include an increase in seats from 100 to 150, upgrading the college to 'A plus' grade status, achieving a 100 percent result in the final professional exam of the 2021 session, and extensive renovation of the college and hostel. Moreover, the institution has gained international recognition through inclusion in the World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) International Directory of Medical Colleges and accreditation with the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER).
