Lieutenant General Akhtar Nawaz, HI (M), Commander Southern Command and 2 Corps, visited the flood-affected areas of Tehsil Dipalpur, District Okara, on August 29, 2023. Army officials and the civil administration briefed the Commander regarding rescue and relief efforts and the impact of floods. The Commander met with flood-affected individuals as well as civil and military officials involved in the flood relief operation and appreciated their work.
