Chicken Bread Rolls
Ingredients
Potatoes (peeled and mashed) 6
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 3 tbsps
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Boneless chicken 500 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tikka masala 2 tsps
Whole spice blend 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Bread 1 packet
Egg 1
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsps
Oil as required
Directions
• In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, salt, half of red chili flakes, and chaat masala. Mix well and set aside.
• Boil the boneless chicken with salt, remaining red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, whole spice
blend, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Once the chicken is cooked, dry the water on high flame and shred the chicken.
• Cut the corners of each slice of bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
• Spread a small amount of the potato mixture onto each slice of bread, followed by a small amount of the shredded chicken. Roll up each slice of bread tightly.
• In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the egg with salt and black pepper.
• In another mixing bowl, dissolve the corn flour in water and add it to the egg mixture. Mix well.
• Dip each bread roll into the egg batter and coat it evenly.
• Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each bread roll until it turns golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
• Remove the bread rolls from the oil and place them onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
• Serve hot and enjoy!
