Soins aux Femme: Eye Makeup Brush Guide

Face mapping is an ancient concept we all must have heard of at some point in life. According to this concept, different parts of our face are more or less prone to acne because of how specific body organs are performing. There hasn’t been any concrete evidence to prove face mapping but according to experts different organs can affect your skin in the shape of acne, redness or eczema. So, how to deal with these problems by mapping our face?
Skin Issues on the Temples
Your temples are most affected by the kidneys and bladder issues. Therefore, it is recommended to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. If your water consumption is low, you might end up with bladder issues, which can cause inflammation on the skin. It is advised to avoid medicines that are not necessary because they affect the kidneys and hence, our skin tone.
Skin Issues on the Cheeks
Stomach and lungs are what trigger acne on our cheeks. Therefore, you should avoid smoking at all costs, and avoid diet that isn’t good for your stomach. Some doctors recommend avoiding cold drinks but a few argue that cold drinks stimulate our metabolic rate, which as a result is better for our complexion. But one thing is for sure, excess of cold drinks is not good for the health.
Jaw-related issues
Issues that would show up on your jawline are usually related to your reproductive system. Seek help from your doctor to maintain a normal menstrual cycle. Your hormones are most likely to trigger acne on your jaws. Acne on your jaws is one way to know if you’re suffering from hormonal issues and you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
Issues on the Forehead
Your forehead is most affected by issues relating to the small intestine. But the area between your eye brows is related to your liver. Avoid intake of anything that affects your liver such as excessive sugar, salt and saturated fats. While avoiding all these try to increase your intake of fiber, for example popcorn, almonds, dark chocolate, berries, etc.
