Inspector General, Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North), Major General Muhammad Waseem Ashraf, met wounded warriors of Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North) at Fort Balahisar Peshawar. He presented the veterans of ongoing operations with motorized wheelchairs and three-wheeled motorcycles. He interacted with the war heroes and paid tribute to their sacrifice and valour.
Major General Muhammad Waseem Ashraf presented motorized wheelchairs, and three-wheeled motorcycles to wounded soldiers of Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North).
The recipients of motorized wheelchairs were N/Sub Mushtaq Ahemd, Nk Hameed Ullah, Nk Muhammad Perviz, Nk Gula Noor, Hav Saeed Khan, Sep Shaban Shah, Nk Hazrat Ali, Sep Ashiq Hussain and Sep Mina Jan. Three-wheeled motorcycles were received by L/Nk Aman Ullah, Nk Tahir Mehmood, L/Nk Ikram Ullah, Sep Muhammad Rashid and Hav Saeed Khan. He also gifted dowry for the daughter of L/Nk Gul Wali. Moreover, Inspector General Frontier Corps also presented cash awards to all recipients.
The recipients expressed excitement and honour for their sacrifice and gallantry being recognised which they presented for their motherland during the call of duty. They hoped it would not only help them in their mobility, but also lessen their dependency on others.
