Commander of the Royal Army of Oman, Major General Matar Bin Salim Bin Rashid Al-Balushi, along with a delegation, visited the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Pabbi, on October 19, 2023. During the visit, the delegation received a comprehensive briefing from the Commandant, Brigadier Suleman Khalid, providing insights into the NCTC's role, tasks, and training facilities.

The Commander of the Royal Army of Oman expressed his admiration for the high standards of training observed at NCTC and mentioned that the Pakistan Army is respected for its achievements and sacrifices worldwide.
Additionally, the delegation had the opportunity to tour the Pakistan Army Sniper School (PASS) and explore its state-of-the-art training facilities.
Upon arrival, the Commander of the Royal Army of Oman was received by Lieutenant General Aymen Bilal Safdar, Commander Mangla Corps.
