Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Qamar Javed Bajwa, visited the front line troops in Nauseri Sector on October 15, 2022. He was briefed on latest situation along the Line of Control (LOC) and operational readiness of the formation. He interacted with officers and men, appreciated their high state of morale and professional excellence in the performance of sacred duty in defense of the motherland. COAS spent the whole day with the front line defenders at a post very close to LOC.

COAS also inaugurated the newly constructed quarters for soldiers. 
Earlier, on arrival, Commander 10 Corps, Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, and General Officer Commanding (GOC), Major General Wajid Aziz, received the COAS.
